These fringe bell bottoms are so unique and are each hand dyed using vibrant, colorfast natural dyes. High waisted rise with elastic waistband. Leg is fitted through thigh and flows into a wide bell bottom at knee. The fringe trails down the sides of your legs from hip to hem.
